it's a wordpress plugin i had developed that does something (well, a few things actually) that no other plugin does... it lets you display content based on time conditions you input.

let me explain just one of the ways you can use this plugin...

using the content switch plugin, you can display a new piece of content every 24 hours on the same blog post or page.

let's say you want to schedule a pre-launch campaign offering a bonus for purchasing an affiliate offer that's launching in 20 days.

using content switch, you can schedule the pre-launch and launch sequences for your campaign to run on auto-pilot.

this way, you can display a squeeze page to capture leads until 5 days before the launch when your pre-launch sequence begins before being switched to the launch sequence for the first 7 days of the launch when you make your bonus offer available.

just input the time conditions for each content switch along with the content you want to display for each period of time, get the id for each of the content switches you create, and then paste the code with the ids for each content switch into your blog post or page.

this is a cloak / dynamic content generation script. it is the first one made by myself. the first thing considered was if i should base the cloaking on ip addresses or user-agent. many people say ip addresses is the best way since search engines spoof their user-agents to try catch people out thing is, im sure they also use unofficial ip ranges to catch people so i have stuck with the user-agent method since this requires the least maintenance for the end user(you!) to use it you simply add a small peice of code to the top of each page you wish to be cloaked. when someone accesses your page then cloakgen is ran and if the user-agent suggests the visitor is a standard user then they are simply shown your standard page. however if the user-agent suggests that the visitor is a search engine then it will start doing the business. it will start by finding out what page called it, then it will open this page and find out what the most common words on the page are. once it has worked this out then it will scrape some content about that word from wikipedia and add it with your normal page content. each keyword will be emphazied in a random way. for example the keyword could be bold or red font etc. the final page will be output in the following way:

title of the page in capital letters
large title at the top of the page
content of the website with emphasization and wiki content

today we want to share a fancy content rotator with you. it shows some image with a headline and sub-headline in each slide and allows navigating through the slides using the thumbnails that also contain a headline. hiding the thumbnails will reveal a scrollable text container and the navigation arrows will move up so that one can navigate to the previous or next slides.
